Hello, Ben Harris from Maker Faire Burlington (and the Alamance Makers Guild
    and STEAM Junction) here...
You are receiving this e-mail because you have been a past exhibitor or
supporter of Maker Faire Burlington. Thank you for your past support!
I'm writing to remind you that our next Maker Faire event is set for
Saturday April 28th 2018 from 10:00am to 6:00pm at Holly Hill Mall here in
    Burlington North Carolina.
Our official "Call for Makers" is now live at this link:
    https://burlington.makerfaire.com/makers/
    <https://burlington.makerfaire.com/makers/>
I encourage you to consider exhibiting with us again this year and sharing
your amazing talents, skills, projects, inventions, artwork, performances,
or education with our attendees! Whether or not you are able to exhibit or
to attend I ask that you please share this call for makers with ANY
individual or organization in North Carolina (or near North Carolina) that
    supports the Maker Movement.
We are hoping to have as many past exhibitors as possible come back for 2018
and are also hoping to meet many new exhibitors who will share their time
with the public to inspire, entertain, and educate.
Maker Faire Burlington is in its 7th year and we are still proud that last
year we were promoted to a full Maker Faire by the folks at Make Magazine
who recognized us for our efforts in North Carolina. We are the largest
Maker Faire event in the State and the longest running. Last year we brought
in a crowd of over 5000 people to visit with our 77 exhibits and 250
individual exhibitors!  This year we want to be even bigger!
You can learn more from our website and from the call for makers form
itself. Please also feel free to contact me directly with questions.
As always, Maker Faire Burlington has free and open attendance. It is also
free to exhibit with us so long as you don't plan to sell anything directly
from your exhibit space (for those wishing to sell items, that is possible
    for a small fee).
We are also always looking for sponsorship, so if you are part of an
organization or entity that can offer us support (financial or otherwise to
help keep our event free to the public) then please contact me about
    sponsorship.
Thank you for your time and attention and I hope that you'll be back again
    with us this year!
Please fill out our form at: https://burlington.makerfaire.com/makers/
<https://burlington.makerfaire.com/makers/> and please share with others!
    Thanks!
    Ben
p.s. If you are on Facebook we've established a new Facebook Group for ALL
North Carolina Makers (part of the new nation-wide "Nation of Makers"
initiative) This group called "NC Makers" is YOUR group to network, discuss,
question, share, promote, and otherwise advance the Maker Movement in North
Carolina. If you are not already a member please go to the link below and
I'll add you. The group is open to any North Carolina Maker and everyone is
free to post, discuss, and share (individuals, community groups,
makerspaces, schools, libraries, maker businesses, startups, etc)
