[TriEmbed] Servo will not stop spinning

The control pulse should be retransmitted over 20 msec or so. I would be
tempted to set up a loop with a 1 or 2 second dwell and sweep the pulse
with from 1.0 msec to 2.0 msec and observe the behavior.
