[TriEmbed] Assume there's be a meeting if possible, but; NCSU is weather cautious

We will have a meeting on Monday night.  It may not be at NCSU.

This has happened before and we met virtually.

I will try to figure out what software we used for that previous online meeting.

I will also look at what Nvidia uses for such meetings (Webex).

I believe that people can join such meetings via a browser without much hassle.

I am late in getting the agenda to Brian for distribution, so here is a preview.
