[TriEmbed] biz tools for freelance developers

Does Google Docs spreadsheet feature have something that could 
automagically split sheets between a spreadsheet only I see and one a 
client could see and modify (e.g. for him/her to add a list of specific 
components), or does that have to be two spreadsheets with one shared 
with the client?
