[TriEmbed] Powered USB hub recommendations

I'm having some issues with USB power fluctuating when I plug devices into
my main PC (nothing exotic, just mice, keyboard, USB hard drive...). The
USB hard drive has its own power supply, but enough peripherals can still
cause problems.

Can anyone recommend a powered hub that supplies stable power? I've had
mixed experiences with them in the past, and frequently ended up with 4V
instead of 5V.
