[TriEmbed] migrating to GNU ARM and Eclipse video

It explains how to migrate from IAR to CCS and GNU toolchain. The
lessons preceding it look pretty good too.

Only thing I wonder about is that TI says they've switched to CMSIS
starting 3/16, so I wonder if it's still necessary to to modify the
startup code.
