[TriEmbed] Dash FCC info and model corrections

Great Dash Button tear-down with information about the rev2 design with
Atmel chip. I seems that rev2 has a low capacity battery but should last
twice as many button pushes (500 vs 250) because each transmit is shorter
so it uses less power.
