[TriEmbed] old versions of Eagle?

On KiCAD:

The workflow is not nearly as streamlined nor as intuitive as it is in 
Eagle (as is the sad fact of many many FOSS projects).  I'm in the midst 
of getting my head around it myself so that I can escape the routing 
area and layer limitations of the free Eagle version.

That said, aside from the head-scratching moments, I haven't found many 
situations where KiCAD has failed to perform.
