[TriEmbed] anybody know off the top of their head which chip is inside a Simblee?

Looking for the particular ARM, Nordic Semi, Broadcom+ARM, etc inside 
the Simblee.
(RF Digital's phone is ringing off the hook, and if nobody knows I'll of 
course email them.)
