[TriEmbed] not a good time to order from China

The special offers from some notwithstanding, most businesses in China 
are shut down for the next week or two. It would be wise to hold off on 
orders until about mid-month unless the vendor has other recommendations.

Arrow is offering 10% off to help us celebrate. Seriously, Arrow is 
hyper-competitive for some components and often has stock when others 
don't. And they don't sell counterfeits. But I like little Chinese 
businesses. Don't take this posting the wrong way.
