While we wait for Paul to post his slides from his excellent talk at 
Monday's meeting, I thought I'd mention the slides from this month's 
IEEE robotics meeting are in our meeting archive 
<http://triembed.org/blog/?page_id=62>. The notice for that meeting 
didn't get cross-posted to our list, so no, your email didn't malfunction.

There was discussion of simple 24 hour timer-controlled power switches 
Monday and it reminded me of the "solution to the system update problem"
