[TriEmbed] Inexpensive 120V (15A) to 240V (7.5A) transformer?

Where I used to work, we dealt with power meters a lot, and would step up
the wall voltage to a standard EAP meter (energy access point -- your
regular electric meter), and then down again to 110 to drive a load (like a
200W bulb) -- we were working on lighting and energy control circuitry.

Here is a couple of units that we used to go both ways:

110 --> 220  200W   (~$20)
