[TriEmbed] Need help with a beginner circuit design

Thanks, Pete.

To answer your question, I'd like to get up to about 80 volts, but at VERY
low current (just a few ma).  The goal is to create an electric field, not
really drive anything.

One final request- the circuit board and battery need to fit in a PVC pipe.
(~ 1 inch inside diameter)

Once I get this thing built, I'll be happy to give a presentation on a very
crazy idea.
