New regulations being pushed forward by the FAA effective one week from
today requiring registration for all unmanned aircraft - R/C planes,
helicopters, quad-copters, multi-copters,etc...

Here are some links to the new UAS registration requirement going into
effect next week.  The FAA expects a ton of drones to be sold for Christmas
and wants to get this going fast.


WASHINGTON – The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Aviation

web-based aircraft registration process for owners of small unmanned
aircraft (UAS) weighing more than 0.55 pounds (250 grams) and less than 55
