[TriEmbed] More reflow oven notes (and looking for a servo)

I added more notes to do with my reflow oven project. It starts with the 
"December 9" header part way down on this TriEmbed project page.

And I need a servo for this. The one I have is a "round and round" type 
rather than a "move to a specific position" type (bought it maybe five 
years ago and completely forgot that detail!) I need something in a 
"standard" size good for a few inch-pounds of torque and have all the 
bell crank hardware I need. Something like a TowerPro SG-5010 would be 
ideal.  I'll pay cash or can trade something for it this Monday.

PS Any regular (i.e. vetted) TriEmbed meeting attendee can get a blog

common sense ones anybody emotionally older than Sheldon Cooper would be
