[TriEmbed] More on the ESP8266 Wifi Module (now "Arduino IDE-compatible")

Make has a 3-part series on the recent ESP8266 support in the Arduino IDE
(or a variant of it). I haven't had a chance to run through this myself,
but it looks solid and hopefully will make using this cheap wifi module
easier.

The first part talks about the module itself and what is supported:

The second part goes over installing the custom build of the Arduino
