[TriEmbed] [TAR] local robotics business

[Rodney Radford]

This company gave a presentation at the IEEE/TAR meeting a few months ago
(Oct 7) about their company, robot construction, control, and some details
of the robots they build for commercial use/sale.

Yes, it is definitely nice to have local sources for parts... wish there
were more!
