[TriEmbed] Need help picking a P-MOSFET

Several meetings back, there was discussion of using a P-MOSFET for reverse
voltage protection.

I happen to have that exact MOSFET from Sparkfun and have prototyped the
circuit.

But it is a TO220 package and I am looking for something smaller.

I looked at DigiKey and found many many thousands of parts.

 

So, my requirements:

~5V 

Not sure of the current, but less than an amp, I am sure.

Smallest possible resistance while conducting.

Would like SOT23-3 or TO92 package.  Would consider SOIC-8.
